Heat-resistant 'AES fiber (biodegradable fiber) paper'

This is a sheet made primarily of alkali earth silicate fibers (AES fibers/bio-soluble fibers) that has heat resistance up to approximately 1100°C to 1300°C.

Feature 1: High Heat Resistance - Mainly composed of alkaline earth silicate fibers, it has heat resistance from 1100°C to 1300°C (the main fiber can be selected based on the temperature range). Feature 2: Shot Quantity Control - It is possible to remove the shot (unfibered material) contained in bulk fibers. Feature 3: Processability and Flexibility - Can be easily cut with scissors or a cutter. - Sheet hardness can be controlled, allowing for responses to needs such as punching and wrapping (Sheet thickness: 1-6mm / For other specifications, please inquire. Sheet width: up to 1,260mm). - For detailed information, please refer to the data. - Sheet thickness: 1-6mm - Sheet width: 630mm to 1,260mm *For other thicknesses, widths, lengths, and details, please feel free to inquire. *As it contains organic binders, smoke or gas may be generated during initial heating.

Inorganic (ceramic) fiber insulation and heat-resistant sheet

Usable in environments up to 1600℃.

This is a product made by adding a small amount of organic binder to various inorganic (ceramic) fibers such as heat-resistant rock wool, AES (alkali earth silicate) fibers, and alumina fibers, and forming it into sheets. It has cushioning properties and flexibility, and can be adapted to various thicknesses and hardnesses. *As it contains organic binder, smoke or gas may be generated during initial heating.
